We had a fantastic stay at this family-friendly resort! The kids absolutely loved the kids club, where the staff, especially Nui and Lala, were incredibly engaging and attentive. The location is beautifully quiet, which suited us perfectly, but we did encounter a few issues that dampened the experience. The dining options were satisfying, yet the beach leaves something to be desired. Overall, it was a memorable trip, but be prepared for some minor hiccups along the way.
I celebrated my wedding here, and while some aspects were fantastic, the organization during the event left much to be desired. The hotel did provide a beautiful setting, but the service could have been better for such an important day. On the bright side, the follow-up romantic dinner was lovely, and the hotel fixed issues after some complaints. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
Our stay at the resort was truly wonderful. We loved the beautiful pools, especially the south pool with its swim-up bar and lovely views. The staff was genuinely friendly and very attentive, making us feel very welcome. The location on the beach was perfect for our kids to play in the sand.
